The Political Issue

There is a war raging on in Iraq, a war that has no possible solution, yet the President of the United States claims that's not true. Ok whatever, I look at the war in Iraq and I see Vietnam, and that's exactly what it is. President Johnson sent us into war with the promise that a mighty nation would be born out of our efforts, sounds a lot like what President Bush keeps saying about Iraq.

Iraq is a lost cause, we need to pull out, the Iraqis can survive without us in the region. Now because of Iraq we are in even more danger than we were 6 years ago. Today we see that Al Queda is back in Afghanistan, and is now in Iraq, which wasn't the case before we invaded in 2003.

Our President has lost focus on who we're after. Screw Iraq, we want Osama Bin Ladin, and his terrorist network. The future is not clear, will America pull out of the middle east, or will we simply make more mistakes, the rumors now are a possible strike on Iran, which could be catastrophic for us here at home. Who knows what kind of tensions that could cause. You'll be surprised at how much the tables can turn in a battle like that.

Pakistan is also housing Al Queda, yet our government does nothing about that. Why? Because Pakistan is an ally to the United States. Here's the problem, Pakistan has missiles that can reach us here, and we seem to think that the radicals over in the Middle East are not capable of taking power in Pakistan, yeah right! There more than capable of doing it, and that's scary.

In the blink of an eye your world can change, one minute you're living in a beautiful world, the next its a devastated world, desolate and and dark. We don't know what tomorrow will bring, and so we need to live everyday for itself, cause we don't know what disasters could happen in the next few hours, days, or years.

Iraq is a political issue, well in my opinion it is. I love America, I just wish it wasn't so liberal. I am neither a liberal nor a conservative, I am neither Republican or Democrat, I am an American. I do not support abortion because it kills babies, however if they could do an abortion without killing the child then I would be for it, however that is not the case.

And until it is its murder.
